• The data and executable files produced from Visual Basic are available from NOAA/NESDIS/OSDPD/IPD Calibration group , along with narrative reports of anomalies that are affecting the data and a Master List of the trended data. This graphics driven program, will allow the user to change the setup display defaults, to suit your needs. An on screen help explains the various options and Describesthe plots.
• View README file for first time users.
• Download Set Up program for first time users.
• View Master Parameter List of tested parameters for each NOAA instrument, Data Dictionary.
• Download calibration data files and associated reports (dataset names).

  Instruction for viewing Med-Res plots
  After Plot and Report files have been downloaded to your C:\Polar_QC directory
    1. Click Open Data File button
    2. From "List Files of type" pull down select Med Res (*.ob)
    3. Select from list of displayed M-------------   names    or
    4. Edit File name box m???????av15ob*.* to change search variables
     AV =AVHRR(GAC), HR=HIRS, AA=AMSU-A, AB=AMSU-B, MH=MHS
     15= NOAA K/15, 16=L/16, 17=M/17, 18=N/18           ??????? = Orbit #
    Associated report files are automatically selected

    Note: choosing O Selected Button, allows for a selective search of parameter names
