.250 amps) seen on orbit 31711/12.  This affected the NEDN levels of all channels, causing a jump in value by as much as 1/3 to 1/2 the previous values.

5/30,     JD150,     N12,        HIRS,          Filter wheel bearing problem started(orbit 31390/92 
JD150).  The filter wheel motor was stopped(orbit 31398/99  JD151) and restarted(orbit
31402/03  JD151)under High torque.  The system appears to be operating nominally after orbit
(orbit 31413/14 JD152).
